Do I need any prior experience to join your classes?

No prior experience is necessary. Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your training to the next level. Our coaches will guide you through each step of your journey.

I’ve heard about calisthenics, but what exactly is it and how will it benefit me?

Calisthenics is a form of strength training using your body weight to build muscle and improve body control. It’s perfect for those looking to gain functional strength and move better in everyday life. As one of the few gyms in the area offering specialized calisthenics classes, we provide a unique opportunity to experience these benefits firsthand. We have beginner and advanced level classes available.

How do I know which strength class is right for me?

During your Discovery Call, our team will assess your fitness level, goals, and preferences to recommend the best class for you, whether it’s hypertrophy for muscle growth, calisthenics for functional strength, or a combination of our other offerings.
