How We Build High Quality Humans

Every class is designed to push you beyond what you think you're capable of.

Phase 01

The Invincible Code

We start every class as a team. High-energy chant. Everyone locked in. Everyone focused. This is where we set the tone and remind ourselves who we are and what we stand for. We Over Me.

Phase 02

Athletic Conditioning

Real conditioning. High-intensity intervals. Strength work. Explosive power development. This isn't a cardio class. This is athletic training that builds physical and mental toughness at the same time.

Phase 03

Technical Training

Real martial arts. Real striking. Karate. Boxing. Muay Thai. Kickboxing. We teach precision, power and control. You learn to move with confidence and strike with purpose.

Phase 04

Partner Drills & Application

Controlled partner work. Pad drills. Technique application. This is where you learn to handle pressure, stay calm under stress, and push through discomfort. You discover you're stronger than you thought.

The Final Five Minutes

The Focused 5

This is where we dial in and push our limits. High intensity. Maximum effort. No distractions. Just you versus you. You leave knowing you gave everything you had.

None at all. Whether you're a complete beginner or you've trained before, every session is built to meet you exactly where you are. Most of our members walked in with zero experience.
Mathew started at 50, feeling unfit and overweight. He couldn't run at all. Today he runs 2km comfortably and earned his brown belt. You don't need to be fit to start. You start to get fit. Coaches adjust everything to your level.
No. We're not a fight gym and we're not a boot camp. There's no ego at the door and nobody's trying to spar you on day one. We build strong, skilled, mentally sharp humans in a supportive community.
Two to three times a week gets you great results. But the program is flexible and we'll work with you to find a schedule that fits your life.
