Our BEAR Program combines weight training, functional training and calisthenics under one membership, with rehab and mobility work built in. Sheryl walked in feeling weak, with no idea where to start. No. Strength training is one of the most important things you can do as you get older, and it is never too late to start. We coach adults well into their 40s, 50s and beyond, scaling every movement to your body and building you up safely. Your starting point does not matter. Your decision to start does.
None at all. Most of our members walked in never having lifted properly in their life. Every session is coached and every movement is scaled to your current level, so you learn the right technique from day one instead of guessing on a machine alone.
Yes. Building muscle raises your metabolism and reshapes your body in a way cardio alone never will, so many members lean out as a result of training. But we do not sell weight loss. We build capability, and a stronger, more capable body tends to take care of the rest.
