Our BEAR Program combines weight training, functional training and calisthenics under one membership, with rehab and mobility work built in. We are one of the few gyms in the area that coaches calisthenics, so you build functional strength, body control and mobility at the same time. The goal is not just bigger muscles. It is a body that moves well, feels strong and lasts. Classes run Monday to Saturday at 1/30 Elizabeth St, minutes from Fairfield, Smithfield and Prairiewood. No lock-in contracts.

Sheryl walked in feeling weak, with no idea where to start.
