Both. We run adult programs in martial arts, strength, and tricking, plus a junior program for children aged 4 to 16. Adults and kids train in separate classes built for their stage.
No. Most of our members started with zero experience. Every program is built so a complete beginner can step in on day one and not feel behind.
We don't teach a single style. We blend kickboxing, Taekwondo, Kung Fu, and striking with flexibility work, so you build complete movement instead of one narrow skill.
No lock-in contracts and no hidden fees. You can pause your membership for up to six weeks, and cancellation needs 30 days notice.
We're at 1/30 Elizabeth St, Wetherill Park NSW 2164, in South West Sydney. Open Monday to Saturday.
That's exactly who we're built for. You go at your own pace, and the coaches meet you where you are. Mathew started at 50 unable to run. You're in good company.
