Phase 01

The Invincible Code

We start as a team. High energy, everyone locked in and focused. This is where we set the tone and remind ourselves who we are and what we stand for. We Over Me.

Phase 02

Athletic Conditioning

Intervals, strength work, explosive power. This is not a cardio class for the sake of it. This is athletic training that builds physical and mental toughness at the same time.

Phase 03

Technical Kickboxing

Real striking, taught properly. Boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai fundamentals broken down for your level. You learn to move with confidence and strike with purpose.

Phase 04

Partner Drills & Pads

Controlled pad work and technique application with a partner. No sparring on day one. This is where you discover you are stronger than you thought.

The Final Five Minutes

The Focused 5

This is where we dial in and push our limits. High intensity, maximum effort, no distractions. Just you versus you. You leave knowing you gave everything you had.

Yes. Kickboxing is one of the best places for a beginner to start, because every technique is taught in stages and every class meets you at your level. Most of our adult members walked in with zero experience. You will not be thrown in the deep end.
Absolutely. We coach adults well into their 40s, 50s and beyond. Mathew started at 50, unfit and unable to run. Today he runs 2km comfortably and earned his brown belt. Your starting point does not matter. Your decision to start does.
No. You do not get fit and then start. You start in order to get fit. Coaches scale every drill to your current level, so you work hard without being broken on day one. The fitness follows the showing up.
No. We are not a fight gym and there is no sparring on day one. Adult classes are built around pad work, technique and controlled partner drills. You learn to strike with confidence in a safe, supportive environment. If and when you ever want to test yourself further, that is your choice, never a requirement.
Kickboxing burns serious energy and builds lean strength, so many members lose weight as a side effect of training. But we do not sell weight loss. We build capability, and a stronger, more capable body tends to take care of the rest.
