What Is Tricking?

Most people have never heard the word. Then they see it and they cannot look away.

Tricking is a movement art. It takes the kicks of martial arts, the flips of gymnastics, the spins of breakdancing and the body control of acrobatics, and blends them into one. Spinning kicks, aerials, twists and flips, linked together into your own flow.

Our tricking experience lives inside the MONKEY Program. With each of the 10 levels you grade and earn an official Invincible Worldwide Tricking Powerband. You learn variations, transitions, set-ups and cheat steps, then link them into combos that are entirely your own.

Phase 01

Prep & Conditioning

Mobility, joint prep and explosive drills. We get your body ready to move and built to last, so you can train hard without breaking down.

Skill Progression

Yes. Adults learn backflips at Invincible HQ all the time. The difference is the method. We build the strength, the body awareness and the lead-up skills first, then progress you safely with coaching and proper matting. You are far more capable than you think.
No. Your starting age matters far less than your willingness to start. We coach teens and adults across a wide range of ages, and because every skill is built progressively and scaled to you, you train at the right level from day one. The only people who never learn are the ones who never begin.
No. A background in martial arts, dance or gymnastics helps, but it is not required. Our classes are designed for every level, from complete beginners to people refining advanced tricks. We start you at the foundations and build from there.
It depends on your starting strength, flexibility and how often you train. With random self-practice it can take years, or never happen at all. Inside a structured curriculum with coaching and conditioning, most committed members progress far faster because they build the right skills in the right order. We give you the path, you bring the reps.

Skills are built in a safe order, on proper matting, with coaches spotting and cueing you, and dedicated conditioning to protect your joints. You earn each move before you attempt the next.
